The H-1 (or, Model I) was introduced in 1983 as Hondo's copy of the Westone Raider. Due to it's extreme shape, it earned the nickname, "Death Dagger", however, this name was never used by Hondo.
Made in Incheon, Korea by Samick.
Tip: Beware sellers claiming these are rare and charging exorbitant prices.
Note: The H-1 was reissued some time between 1995-2005, and made in India with a bolt-on neck.
